Community center for people living with HIV provides comprehensive services to clients and their immediate environment:

counseling by social workers on HIV / AIDS;

consultation on adherence to ART therapy;

psychological counseling; and
-
conducting information sessions with self-help groups for people living with HIV;
The purpose of the project is to help 500 people living with HIV in Dobropole and the outlying areas of the Donetsk region.
We help people addicted to drug and alcohol to rediscover the meaning of life and learn to live without drugs - to fully learn, work and raise families. At the heart of the rehabilitation program is a deep, complex, spiritual, psychotherapeutic assistance for people who are dependent on substances. The guiding principle of the center is to help people make a reassessment of their values and priorities, in order to appear natural and have a conscious desire for radical change and return to society - a wholesome human being.
Prevention of HIV infection in prisons:

consultation with social workers / "peer-to-peer" program,

cultural events

provision of hygiene kits

provision of "motivational" products and goods (e.g., food, products, and condoms, etc)

pretest counseling and assistance to HIV testing

conduct testing
-
post-test counseling
The purpose of the project is to assist 1104 prisoners living with HIV.
"Your Chance" is a local non-governmental organization whose mission includes providing access to treatment, care and support for people living with HIV / AIDS in the following areas:

Patient rehabilitation of drug-alcohol dependent people;

"Helpline" for people caught in difficult situations;

Activities of convicts in prison.
