Vadim Hraptovich Mihailovich was born on July 10, 1969 in Hartsyzsk , Donetsk region, Ukraine.
In 1981 he graduated from high school number 25 Khartsyzk received an incomplete secondary education until the 8th grade.  He subsequently completed his secondary education afterwards. In 2007 he entered the Druzhkovsky Building College, Faculty of "Building and Architecture ", specializing in technical examination of buildings and structures , from which he graduated in 2010.


From 2007 to 2009, he was the head of the "Peremoga" (Victory) in Druzhkova. In 2008, he moved to his permanent residence in the city of Dobropole, registered and began working as the head of the organization "Your Chance", simultaneously opening a Rehabilitation Center for drug- and alcohol-dependent people where he works at the moment. During his work as head of this organization, he has acquired extensive experience in the field of HIV / AIDS, rehabilitation of drug users and the clients of the organization.
Vadim is married to Julia Hraptovich Gennadievna, who received a degree in Economics. His daughter Anastasia Hraptovich Vadymivna studies at Donetsk National University .


At work, he has always been distinguished for his achievements and creative initiative.  His hobbies include music and horse-riding.
